2) Now enter username and password for your respective DSL connection and click Sign In button.
Note: Username here is same as your DSL username and
Password is last Six (6) digits of your Telephone No.
Note: In case you don’t know username and password for your DSL connection you can call 24×7 at our helpline (05811-1216 | 05811-920024
3) This page will appear after you login successfully to your Customer Self-Care website.
Note: Please verify subscriber name before you recharge.
4) Now click on Top Up to recharge your DSL Account.
5) This page will appear after you click on Top Up.
6) Scratch Card to get 14 digits voucher PIN.
Note: Please make sure the card you are using is for DSL. It should not be Super Card.
7) Now Enter 14 Digits Voucher PIN and Click Recharge. Amount recharged will be added to your account.
Note: Extra Amount will appear as a balance in your account.
